How do I cancel my order?
No worries. If unfortunately you have to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org , because our dispatch is uber-efficient and does not kid around.We will Deliver the same item you will order hence in this situation refund/replace of order will not take place.
In case you have already paid for your order, refunds will be made to your Worthy Panda Wallet which can be used on subsequent purchases on WorthyPanda.in
I wish to change my order. Will it be possible?
You can always update your confirmed order (before the order is processed), but unfortunately you cannot add any more products to your order once the order is confirmed. However, if you wish to make any changes or edits in your order (before the order is processed), please write to us at email@example.com . Our customer care team will have you sorted with all possible customized solutions.
Refund & Replacement Policy :
As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. A maximum of Rs. 50 will be refunded to you for this in the form of Reward Points which you can use for future orders.
Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using Speed Post as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India. Please avoid Professional Couriers as much as possible since we have been facing issues with them. Replacement and Refund for any order will not processed without sharing photographic and videography evidence of your faulty product. So please share photo and video evidence before replacement or refund.
Once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be credited back to your account as reward points. Refund of shipping charges is not applicable.
Once your order ships it must go to the address provided at the time you place your order. If you cannot receive or pick up your order after three attempts by the courier, it will come back to our warehouse.
Any refund against RTO orders will be not initiated, You can Request Us to Re-Ship it with New Actual Address & Contact Details. We will reship it on next working Day.
Worthy Panda offers a replacement guarantee only if the product received is damaged/defective. Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to. We will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order.
We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered a wrong item.
We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the color of the product look slightly different.
Return/exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered.
What are the conditions for Replacement Or Refund?
As explained earlier, to be eligible for free replacement, return, refund of any item – buyer must product an authenticated unboxing video which can support buyer’s claim. No replacement claim will be accepted without unboxing video.
Free replacements or refund can be requested if the following conditions apply:
- Item received is physically damaged; (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)
- Item received has missing parts or accessories; (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)
- Item received is defective/does not work properly. (you must prove this by a video of unpacking or unboxing)
What products are not eligible for refund or replacement?
The following products shall not be eligible for refund or replacement:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Any product that does not have the UPC (Universal Product Code) along with its original packaging.
Incase of dissatisfactions of product(s) please share some photographic/videography evidence of received product to our email ID. Once our quality team will check and confirm the issue refund or replacement of product will intiate within 48 hours.
